Anchorage’s League (of American Cyclists) Certified Instructors were busy last week. On July 28, LCIs Anne Schlapia, Lori Schanche, assisted by Gordon Glaser taught the League of American Bicyclists Smart Cycling Class Traffic Skills 101.
