Critical Mass: Ride for Anchorage

Let's celebrate cycling and assert cyclists right to the road! We will start outside the ZJ Loussac Library. Snacks, water, and bike maintenance will be provided.

We will occupy one lane of traffic on the roads marked on the map: Denali St., Northern Lights Blvd, Spenard Ave, and 36th Ave. The ride will be 3.6 miles that we expect to take about 45 minutes. This will be a slow ride so as to be mindful of all paces.

We recommend bringing bike lights, music, and your sense of adventure! As we'll be occupying high speed roadways, we recommend participants be able and confident riders. Safety is paramount and proper precautions will be observed.
