Encouragement Committee meeting

This is an open meeting for volunteers to join our events planning meeting.  Our Encouragement Committee is responsible for all the fun events BCA puts on, so please come with some fun ideas and we'll make them happen.  The Committee meets every Second Monday of every Month.
