If big, beautiful bike lanes fill your heart with joy, we've got an event for you! Join us for a celebration of our city's newest bike infrastructure on Spenard Road. Let's show our new route some love with a Halloween costume contest, snacks, music, and bike parade! There will be prizes for costume contest winners (thanks REI!). Extra points if the bike is a part of your costume. 

This free event will kick off in front of Bosco's Comics Cards & Games on Spenard Road. We've got heaters to keep us warm during the initial festivities, and then we will hop on our bikes and head up Spenard to REI. We'll warm up at REI with some hot chocolate and parade back to Bosco's.

Please make sure your costume doesn't interfere with your ability to ride safely. This is a family-friendly event, but please keep your kids close as we will be riding in the bike lane.
