Bike Commuting 101 - An Interactive Workshop

Join a discussion on how to get around Anchorage by bike, with Bike Anchorage board members and daily bike commuters Emily Wiser and Donovan Camp. Topics will cover the basics of starting your bike commute practice including: route planning, scheduling, gear, how to haul your items, basic bike maintenance tips, roadway safety, parking security, comfortable riding, and your local resources.

Feel free to bring your bike (or pictures of your bike), come with your A to B destinations you need to travel, and come meet others with your same interest! Note: We wont be doing mechanical work, but will be happy to help answer specific questions about your bike and your routes/destinations of interest.
