Starting in 2023, Bike Anchorage volunteers have been mapping the locations of bicycle racks throughout Anchorage so you know there will be a place for you to lock up when you get where you're going.

Use this map to view bicycle parking available at your destination and, where available, see pictures and details on the type of rack, lighting, covering, and more. Zoom in until you see blue markers with a large "P" which show the position of bike racks and click on the icon to view more details.

If you want to help contribute to mapping bicycle facilities in Anchorage, please contact us! This data is all added to OpenStreetMaps which is an open data source anyone can contribute to. You'll create a free account and learn how to add new data points and photos to help fellow Anchorage cyclists.
