New Trail Alert!!! Coastal to Ship Creek Connector!

Have you heard about the next major bike trail connector for Anchorage? Ride with Bike Anchorage on Wednesday, August 10th to learn more about it and provide your input at this projects first open house!

We'll be leading a "Bike Bus" from Tikishla Park via Chanshtnu (Chester Creek) Trail to the open house at the Performing Arts Center downtown. Meet us anywhere along the bike bus route (see map) with your bike ready to roll - look for Emily, who will be wearing a yellow helmet and a t-shirt with the Bike Anchorage logo. We'll follow the open house with an optional, unofficial bike tour of the project area (Coastal Trail to the Small Boat Launch via 2nd Ave) so you can see the area for yourself with an eye toward how this project will change the existing route.
